You mean C++11 and why this site didn't update yet?
I guess the answer lies in the question. It takes time, not just to update the site but also to add full support in compilers.
He's talking about the section that contained some sample programs.
It's been gone for much longer than a month. Good riddance, I say. Some of the programs there were written in obscure dialects of 11-bit Shamanic C++ or something. It looked as if just reading the things would put a curse on your first born child.
Really, if you want to look at source code, there's already plenty of sites where source code can be easily browsed.
