I just can't come up with a way to have my program determine whether the leading significant digit is a certain digit (as in in; 23443421 - is the leading digit a 1 or 3?) Same thing with the last digit. And the numbers to determine about are different lengths. Gr. Would I use a loop? Or an if statement? Just blocked on this one...
